The next edition of ESPN College GameDay will be held at Romare Bearden Park in Charlotte ahead of the massive Clemson-Georgia game. And ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit has a challenge for the Clemson and Georgia fanbases.
Taking to Twitter on Friday, Herbstreit challenged the two fanbases to see which side will represent their school more. He said he’s looking forward to seeing everything that both sides have to offer after the chaos of 2020.
“It’s almost that time!!!” Herbstreit tweeted. “Georgia and Clemson fans we can’t wait to see you tomorrow at Romare Bearden Park for @CollegeGameDay!! Who will win the challenge??”
The game will be played at Bank of America Stadium later that day at 7:30 pm EST. It will air on ABC.

The Clemson-Georgia game has massive implications in the national title race. Whoever loses the game will have no choice but to win all remaining games in order to reach the College Football Playoff. No two-loss team has ever gotten in.
The winner, on the other hand, will likely move into the top-two next week and will have all of the momentum heading into November and December.
Clemson and Georgia last played one-another in 2014, with Georgia winning that game in Athens, 45-21. Georgia own the overall series lead with a 42-18-4 record against the Tigers. The Bulldogs have won six of their last seven since 1991.
This should be a fun one.
Who do you think will win Kirk Herbstreit’s challenge? Who will win the Clemson-Georgia game itself?
