The Carolina Panthers will try to end their four-game losing streak this Sunday when they travel to take on the Atlanta Falcons in a Week 8 NFC South clash. The over/under is currently set at 47 points.
The Panthers were 3-point favorites over the Giants in their Week 7 matchup, and we were extremely disappointed in the 25-3 drubbing that Carolina suffered against a Giants team that was missing four key starters on offense.
The Panthers have been struggling on offense since star running back Christian McCaffrey sustained a hamstring injury in the team’s Week 3 matchup with the Texans on Thursday Night Football. The Panthers placed McCaffrey on injured reserve ahead of their Week 6 game against the Vikings, so CMC will not be available for the team’s trip to Atlanta this week.
The Falcons have won three of their last four games and are currently in third place in the NFC South with a 3-3 record.
