NC State big man DJ Burns Jr. didn’t hold back while addressing heckling Duke fans at the end of last night’s Elite 8 game.
During some late Blue Devils free throw attempts with the win already out of reach, the Wolfpack star let all the folks back in Durham know that it was time for their team to go home.
“Your season is over. … It’s over. It’s over,” Burns could be heard saying to the crowd in a viral video clip.

“100% ok by me because Duke,” a user tweeted.
“lol you should hear what they said to me grow up,” Burns replied.
“Couldn’t happen to a better fan base.”
“HE’S MY BIG PRECIOUS BOY AND I WILL GO TO WAR FOR HIM,” a fan commented.
“I don’t even like basketball but I’m here for this…” another person laughed.

Burns led the way for the Pack with 23 points, four boards and three assists in 29 minutes of action; helping NC State become the first team in NCAA Tournament history to reach the Final Four with 14+ losses.
