The Kentucky decommit is the #130 ranked player in the class of 2024
NC State pulled in a huge football commitment on Wednesday as four-star linebacker Elijah Groves joined the Wolfpack’s 2024 recruiting class.
Groves was originally committed to Kentucky but recently reopened his recruitment. It didn’t take the highly-rated prospect long to find a new home. The second overall rated recruit from the state of Tennessee and the 130th overall prospect in the entire class of 2024, Groves is now the highest rated player for the Wolfpack’s incoming class, a group that currently ranks 28th in the country. He should be an impact player as a freshman in 2024 for State.
December 20th is the opening of the early signing period for college football high school recruits. The regular signing day is February 7th.
