DJ Burns and DJ Horne back together? On a basketball court? To play basketball? Well sign me right on up! Those two will both be playing on Team Challenge ALS in The Basketball Tournament, which begins in a few weeks.
This team also happens to be coached by new NC State assistant Brandon Chambers.
DJ Burns & DJ Horne teaming up together and joining the Fight against ALS, is not something that the ALS Community, @007SeanMarshall, and myself or my family take lightly.

Team Challenge ALS is seeded third in the Wichita Regional and will play its opening round game on July 18 at 7 p.m. ET. I don’t see television info listed but hopefully that game will at least be available via streaming service.
Other than 2021, when a group of NC State alums entered a team called Wolf Blood into the field, there hasn’t been much cause of Pack fans to follow The Basketball Tournament. But what else do we have to do in the middle of July? Might as well watch the DJs do their thing at least one more time.
(I also discovered there’s a team called Raleigh 919 Legends that has former Pack point guard Alex Johnson on it. That’ll have to be our backup rooting interest.)
