Getting to know the kind of staff Coach Wade has assembled
Several members of the coaching staff met with the media recently. The interviews give us a peek at the inner workings of Coach Wade’s staff.
Coach Chambers has previously worked with Wade at McNeese and LSU. They met when he was a student manager at VCU for two seasons while Wade was an assistant coach for Shaka Smart
.

- Road games – Every Friday to end the week they simulate a road game environment
- Paul McNeil – Fits the Wade mold – loves his size and length
- Matt Able – he’s a special player
- We don’t listen to the outside noise
- No staff works harder – we are very process oriented
