Twenty-four hours of NC State sports comin’ at ya.
NC State’s yearly ACC Network takeover is scheduled for July 9, which stands to make the worst sports month of the year just a little less dreary. Not surprisingly, the Wolfpack’s win at UNC in football features as the highlight replay of the day, and will air at 8 p.m.
Here’s everything you can look forward to, if my YouTubeTV guide is accurate this far out:
12:00 a.m.: Charlotte vs. NC State (men’s soccer, NCAA tourney first round)
6:30 a.m.: Clemson vs. NC State (baseball)
9:30 a.m.: NC State vs. UNC (wrestling)
11:30 a.m.: NC State vs. Clemson (gymnastics)
1 p.m.: Duke vs. NC State (women’s hoops)
3 p.m.: NC State vs. SMU (volleyball)
5 p.m.: Notre Dame vs. NC State (women’s hoops)
8 p.m.: NC State vs. UNC (football)
An odd choice for the baseball showcase, as the guide tells me that Clemson game is the 14-4 drubbing State handed out to the Tigers. A fun time to be sure, but not exactly high on drama. I’ll cut the network some slack, though, since they’ve kindly spared us any men’s basketball.
