Back to 18 games again
The ACC has released the lineups of ACC opponents for the coming season in the new 18 game season. While it’s hard to believe that NC State does not visit either Chapel Hill or Duke, it does provide our new coach the opportunity to beat all three traditional Tobacco Road rivals in the Lenovo Center. And no road trips to California this season.
Early projections on the ACC for ’25-26 have the top five teams being Louisville, Duke, NC State, UNC and Miami. Only Louisville will be a road game.
There are some conversations about scheduling ACC opponents as part of the OOC schedule as we have seen in football, but it hasn’t materialized yet.
Exact dates will be released in September.
