DaBaby was more than willing to take a photo with two young Chicago Bulls fans during Friday night’s game against the Charlotte Hornets at Spectrum Center, but there was one condition.
DaBaby Takes Photo With Bulls Fans
During the Hornets’ home game against Chicago on Friday night, two young fans asked DaBaby if they could take a picture with him. The Charlotte native agreed to do it if a certain requirement was met.
“Y’all gotta take the jersey off,” DaBaby told them. “Take it off! Take it off!”

Jeremih, a Chicago native who is also likely a Bulls fan, was disappointed with the young fans. He commented “
” on ESPN’s repost of the video from TikTok user @_marquisrobinson.
“What happen Fooley?
” DaBaby responded.
Hornets Ended Seven-Game Skid
It’s unclear if the fans are now regretting the photo considering it’s going viral on social media, and the Bulls ended up losing 123-116 after Charlotte outscored them 30-22 in the final frame.
The Hornets snapped a seven-game losing streak behind Brandon Miller’s 27 points and Miles Bridges’ 22 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists. Collin Sexton also added 21 points off the bench.
Meanwhile, Josh Giddey nearly missed another triple-double, finishing with 25 points, 11 rebounds, and nine assists for the Bulls. Coby White added 25 points and Nikola Vucevic had 13 points and 14 rebounds.
Although it was the final NBA Cup group game for both teams, both had already been eliminated from the tournament coming into the night.
Giddey Had Heated Discussion With Fan
Late in the game, Giddey also had a heated discussion with a fan near the front row prior to a Bulls inbounds play, and the officials stopped the game for a few minutes.
The fan was reportedly ejected from the game, according to The Associated Press.
“He just said something I didn’t like and I went over to him — that was it,” Giddey said. “Security took him out and that was the end of it.”
The Bulls (9-11) are now on a four-game skid. They open a three-game homestand on Wednesday versus the Brooklyn Nets (4-16), followed by matchups Friday against the Indiana Pacers (4-17) and Sunday versus the Golden State Warriors (11-10).
As for the Hornets (6-15), they’ll continue their three-game road trip on Wednesday at the New York Knicks (13-6), then visit the Toronto Raptors (14-7) on Friday.
