CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CAROLINA SPORTS LIVE) — The Hornets announced a multi-year partnership with Judi Health for its next jersey patch sponsor.
The fast-growing health technology company is based in New York, and officials with both organizations convened Wednesday at the New York Stock Exchange for the announcement.
“We are thrilled to welcome Judi Health into our Hornets family and the NBA,” said Hornets Sports & Entertainment Co-Chairman Rick Schnall. “As we continue our pursuit of building something truly special in Charlotte, we want to align ourselves with brands who share similar goals and values, and that’s Judi Health. Both organizations are in the midst of significant growth and rapid transformation. Each of us is committed to innovation and focused on becoming leaders in our respective fields.”
The Judi Health logo will be featured on the official Charlotte Hornets team jerseys. Hornets Jordan Brand Swingman jerseys – featuring the new Judi Health patch – will be available at the Hornets Fan Shop Oct. 21 starting at 11 a.m. Judi Health will also serve as the presenting partner each year of the team’s City Edition uniform unveiling.
The Hornets did not have a jersey patch sponsor a year ago, and used MrBeast’s Feastables the previous season.
Judi Health was previously called Capital Rx before expanding its services.
“Our goal at Judi Health is to help simplify healthcare by building the electronic infrastructure our nation needs,” said Judi Health Founder and Chief Executive Officer AJ Loiacono. “We’re excited to introduce Judi to Charlotte and beyond through this jersey patch partnership with the Charlotte Hornets.”

Judi Health will be the presenting partner for several Hornets 2025 season tipoff initiatives as well as the entitlement partner of Charlotte’s Opening Night on Oct. 22 vs. the Brooklyn Nets at the newly transformed Spectrum Center, which will reopen its doors in October following an extensive two-phase $245 million renovation.
As part of the agreement, there will be several other marketing and branding elements, including but not limited to various in-arena signage as well as virtual on-court signage during Hornets telecasts, in addition to several business-to-business initiatives.

KLUTCH Sports Group, owned by prominent NBA agent Rich Paul, facilitated this jersey patch deal throughout the process.
