CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CAROLINA SPORTS LIVE) — The Hornets provided more details on forward Brandon Miller’s shoulder injury.
The team reported Monday that Miller suffered a left shoulder subluxation against the Sixers Saturday night. He was removed from that game, and did not play Sunday in Washington.
The National Institution of Health says the injury is a partial or incomplete dislocation of the glenohumeral joint.
Miller, who only played in 27 games last year due a wrist injury, out for Tuesday’s matchup in Miami. He will be evaluated when the team returns from its current road trip the next day.
The 22-year-old scored a game-high 25 points in Charlotte’s season-opening win over the Nets.
Also out against Miami are Josh Green (left shoulder) and Grant Williams (right knee). Tre Mann is questionable with a jaw contusion.
