SAN FRANCISCO (CAROLINA SPORTS LIVE) — After a year and a half with his hometown Hornets, Charlotte native Seth Curry is teaming up with his brother in the Bay Area, according to reports from ESPN.
Seth and Stephen, the former Davidson standout and four-time NBA Champion, will team up for the first time in their professional careers.
Seth spent the last season and a half with the Hornets after being traded to Charlotte and signing a one-year deal. He averaged 6.8 points and 0.9 assists on 43.8% three-point shooting while with the Hornets.
Seth graduated from Duke in 2013. This will be his 12th NBA season, and the Golden State Warriors will be his 10th different NBA team.
NBA training camp is underway, and the season tips off on October 21. The Curry brothers and the Warriors tip off on opening night at 10 p.m. against the Lakers. The Hornets’ first game is on October 22 at 7 p.m. against the Nets at home.
