Canes look to end losing streak tonight
The Carolina Hurricanes (46-26-4) visit Buffalo to take on the Sabres (34-36-6) tonight. Game time is 7 P.M. and it will be televised locally by the FanDuel Sports Network.
The Hurricanes are coming off two consecutive losses after defeating Washington last week and clinching a playoff spot.
The team is 6-4-0 in their last 10 games.
Pyotr Kochetkov will be back in net, if Coach Brind’Amour sticks with his rotation.
Jordan Staal, Andrei Svechnikov, and William Carrier all skated in practice yesterday and might be ready to return to action. Jesperi Kotkaniemi did not participate.
Buffalo is red hot and they have won four games in a row. They are 7-3-0 in their last 10.
Tage Thompson and Alex Tuch are both playing well for the Sabres.
