The Canes will have some real action today.
Nearly four hours after the first pick of the 2025 NHL Draft was selected, “Bad” Bill Byron appeared on the screen to announce the Carolina Hurricanes’ first-round pick live from Atlanta Motor EchoPark Speedway.

Managing Editor Bob Wage has coverage from the media center at Canes Draft HQ, and the rest of the team will provide updates on each move Carolina makes today.
