CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CAROLINA SPORTS LIVE) — Following the 2024 season, his 12th in the NFL and second with the Panthers, veteran wide receiver Adam Thielen hinted at retiring.
Now, as he’s approaching his 35th birthday, he feels great heading into year 13 as he’s relishing being the veteran leader in a young-yet-talented wide receiver room. The Panthers drafted two players at the position this spring, including No. 8 overall pick Tetairoa McMillan.
After Monday’s training camp practice, CSL’s Gabe McDonald went one on one with Thielen to talk his decision to return and his overall outlook for the upcoming season.
