The 2025 preseason got started last week, with the Carolina Panthers falling to the Cleveland Browns, 30-10, despite Bryce Young connecting with Jalen Coker on a touchdown on his second and final drive of the first quarter. Before Carolina took out the starters, they had outscored the Browns 7-0, although Cleveland didn’t play hardly any starters to begin with, but the Browns second and third string units thoroughly outplayed Carolina’s as the second half wore on.
As he does every Monday, Jim Szoke, WBT Hall of Famer, and member of the Panthers Radio Network, joined the Mac & Bone Show to give his view from the booth, as Jim talked about Friday’s preseason game, he tells you what he liked from the first team offense & defense, what he made of some of the backups that shined in the second half, and more.
You can listen to the Mac & Bone Show (Charlotte’s #1 morning show), every weekday morning from 6-10 AM on Sports Radio 92.7 WFNZ and the WFNZ app.
