Spring practice has come and went, and while rosters are still filling themselves out via the transfer portal, the off-season is here for college football, before fall camps open up later this summer. App State is entering a new era after firing Shawn Clark after a disappointing tenure with the Mountaineers and hired South Carolina offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains, who is leading a program for the first time. Even though he’s a first time head coach, Loggains is taking over a proud program, and expectations while remain high in Boone for the foreseeable future.
Earlier today, Loggains joined the Mac & Bone Show on WFNZ, as he talked about his first spring in Boone, he gave insight into how the QB battle is shaping up between the two transfers, how the pending House settlement could help the program in recruiting, and more.
