Welcome to Monday Night Football
Monday Night Football is back this week with two games at virtually the same time. The first kick off will be the Chicago Bears at the Minnesota Vikings at 8:00 PM ET on ABC/ESPN+. The second kick off will be the Atlanta Falcons vs the Minnesota Vikings just 30 minutes later at 8:30 PM ET on ESPN Neither game is supposed to be particularly good, with only the Falcons still fighting for a playoff spot.
As always in our brave new world of expansive sports gambling, it is now easier to bet on games than to watch them. You can catch current odds on all NFL games for Week 15 here on FanDuel.
It’s honestly a good thing that these games are sandwiched together. You can hopefully just switch channels between them when one of the games is in a lull. There will likely be times when neither game is particularly exciting, but that’s your extended opportunity to grab a snack, use the restroom, or refresh your beverage. Hooray for meaningful football in December.
As for the game picks, the obvious choices are the obvious choices. I’d take the Vikings and the Falcons, no questions asked.
