For the first time in franchise history, the Charlotte Hornets left the Summer League as champions after defeating the Kings 83-78 on Sunday night. HC of the Hornets Charles Lee joined Kyle Bailey to talk about what stood out from the young Hornets while in Las Vegas.
Charles started by saying he was excited for Summer League play right after the draft, as all 4 picks bring a lot of potential to the table and adding KJ Simpson and Tidjane Salaun was a good mix of talent. He told Kyle that the play on the court was contagious for the current roster as LaMelo Ball and Tre Mann were both loving what they saw in Las Vegas.
