CHICAGO — Chicago Bears quarterback Tyson Bagent threw for 162 yards and running back D’Onta Foreman rushed for 80 yards to lead the Bears to their third victory of the season, a 16-13 win against the Carolina Panthers at Soldier Field on Thursday night.
