After all of the hoopla over the last couple of months, the 2025 NFL Draft has come and gone with the Carolina Panthers making multiple key moves throughout all 3 days. Panthers GM Dan Morgan joined Kyle Bailey to recap all of the picks and how the rookies can contribute to the team starting this fall.
The focus started with Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan being selected with the 8th pick overall, as Dan told Kyle that they loved everything about TMac and everyone was convicted on him as a player, as the main concern was that another team was going to find out how much they liked him and trade up for the former Wildcat. When it came to what stood out on tape, as Dan said, he has “difference maker” qualities and you are amazed when watching the film and what he can be capable of at the NFL level.
Dan would also go on to discuss the other picks Carolina made throughout the rest of the draft, and how big it was to give Ikem Ekwonu the 5th year option over the weekend.
