Your up to date tracker for the Carolina Panthers’ 2025 Draft Results
The 2025 NFL Draft is in the books for the Carolina Panthers. While the seventh round is ongoing, the Panthers don’t hold a pick and are unlikely to trade future assets or current players to jump back in for what would amount to a priority undrafted free agent.
This is, on paper, one of the best drafts that Carolina has had in recent memory. The draft provided players at or around each of their picks that fit both positional needs for the Panthers and the popular Best Player Available ethos. Taking advantage of that allowed the Panthers to add talent to their offense, including new number one wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan, while completely remaking the depth chart for their pass rushers.
A good draft does not mean the Panthers now have a top-to-bottom good roster. They still have positions of significant need on both sides of the ball, with none needing more help than safety. Drafting a backup for Tre’von Moehrig is not the same thing as drafting somebody to start opposite him in the secondary.
