It is officially game weekend for the Carolina Panthers, as for the first time since 2015, they open in Jacksonville. A man who had a big impact on the historic 2015 squad was DT Kawann Short, who joined Kyle Bailey to preview the Panthers 2025 season.
When it came to this year’s squad, Kawann told Kyle that he’s noticed this team looks hungrier and they want to be there, and that has led to the team growing closer on and off the field as he thinks this year could be another big step in the right direction for QB Bryce Young.
Kawann would go on to discuss his expectations for a revamped defense for the Panthers, and what he has noticed from HC Dave Canales as he enters his 2nd season.
