The Panthers special teams unit suffered a tough blow prior to Sunday’s kickoff.
Per Ari Meirov, Carolina kicker Eddy Pineiro felt some tightness in his hamstring during warmups and linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill ended up kicking off for Carolina to start the game.
Fans reacted to the news on Twitter.
