
By Andrew Gould The Carolina Panthers made two cuts on Monday. Carolina cleared two spots from its active roster by releasing defensive back Matthias Farley and tight end Jordan Matthews. The moves are in conjunction with designating cornerback Jaycee Horn and tight end Ian Thomas to return from the injured reserve. Farley played five games for the Panthers, his fourth different team in the last four seasons.
