If last offseason was about setting up Bryce Young for a successful evaluation then this offseason needs to be about building an actually competitive team around him.
That is not small task for second year general manager Dan Morgan and his right man, Brandt Tilis. They will need to use every avenue and every resource available to them to shore up one of the weakest rosters in the league.
Fans have wasted little breath pointing out their favorite holes, but we have yet to ask the question formally. So this week we are asking Panthers fans which position group has the biggest need of upgrades this year.
