Panthers fans are eagerly awaiting Bryce Young’s next step
Bryce Young kicked off a new era of speculation about his future last week with an impressive performance against the Kansas City Chief. This week, the Carolina Panthers face off against new had coach Dave Canales’ former team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. All eyes are on Young to see if he can repeat his level of play from last week.
Young has entered a game with this much anticipation twice already in his short career. Those games were the 2023 and 2024 season opener. This time he has only had the hype and expectation sitting on his shoulders for one week. We don’t know what the difference was between his Week 12 performance and every other game he’s played, but if external expectations were a factor then they figure to have a different effect this week.
