With one week until the 2025 NFL Draft, we thought we’d try something a little different. This is going to be a new way to start arguments. A game, if you will. We all have our favorite prospects that we want the Carolina Panthers to come home with next week. From Malaki Starks to Andres Borregales, our lists are as personal as they are unique. We also all spend a lot of time justifying the value of various picks by comparing a player’s position. One guy might be an elite defensive linemen, but half the reason you want him at number eight is because of the value later in the draft at positions of need.

Today we are going to kick off a one-week series where we ask you what you think the deepest position will be in a given round of the draft. This is a game covering the entire NFL, so don’t focus on the what the Panthers need.

The kicker is that the winning position of each poll will be eliminated from contention for the rest of the game. The first round will have no tie breaker, so multiple positions can be eliminated. Each subsequent round will use the voting results from the previous round to break ties. Each poll will be live for 24 hours, at which point the next round will begin.

The goal here is two-fold: to see if the community can accurately predict which position group will have the most players taken in a given round and to keep everybody spinning their wheels in the comments section below as we approach the big day.
