Guard Tre Mann is returning to the Charlotte Hornets on a three-year, $24 million contract, per ESPN’s Shams Charania.
The Hornets had declined to extend Mann’s $6.94 million qualifying offer, making him an unrestricted free agent before reaching the new deal.
Mann, 24, appeared in just 13 games last season due to a herniated disc but averaged a solid 14.1 points in 24.5 minutes.
Originally the 18th overall pick in 2021 by the Thunder, Mann came to Charlotte in the trade that sent Gordon Hayward to Oklahoma City.
His re-signing comes after the Hornets acquired guard Collin Sexton in a trade with the Utah Jazz.
